Our client is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join their hugely successful and award winning sales and marketing team based in Stirling as they look to add strength and depth to the department. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, responsibilities of this role include:
* Supporting Senior Marketing Executive with day-to-day marketing activities and identifying opportunities in-market, to develop and enhance the marketing offering on an ongoing basis.
* Supporting Senior Marketing Executive to deliver enquiry levels to the wider sales team, to support the overall sales objective of the business.
* Building relationships with key colleagues, particularly the wider sales team, and key contacts at external agencies.
* Ongoing upkeep of the website and digital presence, including visibility of portal listings, paid social advertising and pay per click advertising.
* Supporting in development and adherence of new processes and strategies.
* Secondary (online) research – competitor reviews.
* Compiling and sharing the media schedule with Sales and Marketing Director and Sales Manager.
* Identifying and sharing lead information from marketing activity with the sales team.
* Weekly admin tasks required to support sales and marketing team.
* Keeping team members supplied with the information they need to deliver work that is on strategy and on deadline.
To be successful in this role we are looking for individuals with the following:
* 2+ years marketing experience.
* Experienced as a marketing assistant.
* A background in the housebuilding industry.
* Experienced in digital marketing platforms, for example WordPress, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, Intelligent Mobile, Google Analytics.
