Marketing Coordinator
Location: Eye, Suffolk (Office‑based)
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE
A long‑established specialist manufacturer in a stable, highly trusted sector is looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the next phase of business growth. The company supplies high‑quality technical products through distributors, direct channels, and into UK healthcare settings — and is now ready to build its first dedicated in‑house marketing function.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of marketing activity from day one, shaping brand presence, supporting commercial strategy, and producing impactful content that directly supports sales.
The Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Managing Director and commercial team to plan, create, and deliver a structured marketing programme. This is a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll be involved in everything from digital content to product videos and distributor support.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a clear marketing plan aligned with commercial goals
* Manage digital content and social media to increase brand visibility
* Create product videos, demonstrations, and visual content for online and sales use
* Produce brochures, datasheets, case studies, and sales collateral
* Support distributor partners with marketing materials and campaign activity
* Maintain consistent brand standards across all channels
* Report on marketing activity, engagement, and performance
About You
* Experience in marketing within manufacturing, medical devices, engineering, or another technical sector
* Strong digital and social media skills with the ability to create engaging content
* Basic filming and video‑editing capability
* Excellent written communication and attention to detail
* Experience supporting distributor or channel networks (highly desirable)
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a hands‑on SME environment
* Able to work full‑time from the office in Eye, Suffolk
