Your new role
As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you'll drive strategic marketing activities aligned with our business plan. Leverage your expertise to spark new market conversations, influence clients, and outperform competitors.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create tailored plans for renewables and offshore wind campaigns.

Audience SegmentationIdentify and segment target personas within the renewables and offshore wind industries.
Understand their pain points, needs, and motivations.

Content DevelopmentGenerate high-quality, industry-specific content (whitepapers, case studies, etc.).
Collaborate with experts for accuracy and relevance.

Multi-Channel MarketingImplement and manage digital, social, email, event, and PR campaigns.
Optimise channels for maximum reach and engagement.

Lead Generation and NurturingCreate lead strategies using automation tools.
Prioritise leads for sales teams.

Campaign Performance AnalysisSet KPIs and analyse data to improve campaigns in real-time.

Budget ManagementAllocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.

What you'll need to succeed
