Description:
Cure Talent are thrilled to partner with a leading British medical device company who specialise in the design, development, manufacture and supply of textile-based implants for the sports medicine and orthopaedic market.
An opportunity has arisen with this company to join them as a Marketing Associate.
Responsibilities:
* Marketing Materials:
* Assist the Senior Product Manager in creating new marketing materials for global markets such as Surgical Videos, Surgical Technique Manuals; Case Reports; Flyers; Patient Information Leaflets and Patient Implant Cards utilising graphic design software.
* Work in collaboration with the salespeople to identify and address any needs they have that will assist them in driving revenue.
* Work with key stakeholders to create a sufficiently detailed marketing brief for the creation of marketing collateral and ensure this is mutually agreed.
* Assist with changes to marketing materials requested by other departments by editing and reviewing and approving documents on behalf of Marketing.
* KOL Engagement:
* Support the sales team in identifying and nurturing KOL relationships via field visits and supporting marketing and medical education projects.
* Support Senior Product Manager in working with KOLs to expand indications, refine surgical techniques, and generate collateral and evidence to help support sales growth
* Digital Marketing:
* Assist the Senior Product Manager in planning and project-managing marketing campaigns.
* Draft marketing content for such campaigns under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager.
* Utilise Mailchimp and/or similar email marketing automation to build communication journeys for various groups of audiences and members to achieve conversion targets under the direction of the Senior Product Manager and track their effectiveness.
* Additional Responsibilities:
* Understand customer data on SAP or any future CRM system and use this to influence new campaigns through targeting, segmentation, and tailored messaging.
* Attend exhibitions and events to build relationships with surgeons and to understand how other companies position their marketing messages.
* Maintain social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube and VuMedi.
* Undertake any other duties as requested by Senior Product Manager or Head of Clinical Education.
Experience Required:
* Experience in creating new marketing materials, marketing campaigns and maintaining social media platforms.
* An educational background, working experience or passion within either Medical, Biology, Anatomy, Physiotherapy, Sports Science or similar
