NextGen Operations Ltd is an acquisitions business, focused on acquiring businesses within the recruitment sector and requires a Marketing Assistant to work with and assist the group to successfully grow and develop, with the aid of tailored and dynamic marketing campaigns.

Job Purpose:
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for creating and overseeing the marketing for Nextgen Operations Ltd and acquired recruitment agencies across the UK, to align with the immediate and long-term business goals.

Objectives:
*To assist in developing and implementing the brand strategy across the business.
*To provide accurate and clear marketing data to key stakeholders.
*Continuous monitoring and improvement of the marketing strategies.
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers and designers.
*To build and maintain strong working relationships with work colleagues across the UK.
*To ensure accuracy, integrity, and integration of all marketing strategies within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
*Responsible to the Operations Director.
*Develop and implement social media strategies.
*Create and schedule interactive content across relevant platforms.
*Increase overall social media presence.
*Organise, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns and events.
*Monitor and update company websites.
*Support with improvements to branding.
*Conduct research of market trends, client demand and competitor landscape.
*Prepare reports by analysing and summarising data.
*Complete general administrative tasks, as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
*A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is essential.
*A minimum of 3-5 years' experience.
*Experience in multi-company marketing strategies would be of an advantage.
*Familiarity with all social media platforms is essential.
*Understanding of marketing best practices.
*Ability to manage multiple projects.
*Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and software.
*Formidable energy and drive, able to work effectively in a pressurised environment.
*Excellent interpersonal skills.
*Proactive individual, someone able to take the initiative and show the ability to highlight an opportunity and then drive it to completion.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Very organised, diligent, and efficient.
*Strong desire to grow and develop within the business.
*Experience within the recruitment sector preferred but not essential.

Due to business requirements, this will be an office-based role.
