We are supporting a national elderly care group who are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join their team in Essex. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, including digital marketing and social media, excellent communication skills, data analysis skills, and a creative flair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Assist in the organisation of company events - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Creative and able to think outside the box
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
