We are looking for a dynamic, professional and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team on the start of this exciting journey.
Purpose of the Post:
This role supports commercial operations in London, managing accommodations and event spaces, and assisting the Marketing team with digital initiatives. The Marketing Assistant should be eager to learn and contribute to marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
Digital and CRM (60%)
* Update listings, profiles, and special offers on third-party websites regularly.
* Help plan and manage social media content calendar, scheduling approved content.
* Aid in writing, proofreading, and updating content on Commercial Operations’ websites.
* Assist with email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
* Create reports using Google Analytics and social media analytic tools.
* Support Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive (Digital) in CRM implementation.
* Maintain accurate and GDPR/PECR compliant marketing contact lists.
Design and Content (30%)
* Assist Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive (Design, Content, and Communication) with brand development projects.
* Design various digital and printed marketing materials including leaflets, adverts, brochures, web banners, and exhibition materials based on the marketing plan.
* Contribute ideas, write, and proofread content for blogs and printed publications.
* Create basic assets like email signatures and social media graphics using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (training available).
* Help organise external exhibitions and trade shows throughout the year.
* Assist in coordinating filming and photography and maintain the departmental image library.
Other (10%)
* Conduct marketing opportunity research.
* Offer administrative support to the Marketing team, including raising purchase orders and creating reports.
* Serve as a brand ambassador for the division, assisting the Marketing Manager in promoting awareness of the Commercial Operations department.
* Contribute to marketing and communication activities across the facility as needed.
