Hours of work:

Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 (45 minutes lunch)

Friday: 08:30 – 16:00 (1 hour lunch)

Hybrid working is available after successfully completing your probationary period

This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate of a marketing or business degree program, or for candidates with one year of marketing experience without a degree.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:

* Managing inbound marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers

* Providing administration support to the Product Manager

* Checking CAD software catalogue access requests

* Undertaking website, dealer location and media centre updates

* Assisting with the production of marketing material

* Managing the customer choice sheet production

* Supporting retailers with their Point-of-Sale instore systems

To fulfil the role of Marketing Assistant role you must:

* Have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

* Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills

* Have the ability to think creatively and the confidence to use your initiative

* Be self-disciplined and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Flexible working hours after 3 months service

The Marketing Assistant will play a key part in enabling the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to start their career in marketing as full training will be provided
