Marketing and Communications Manager

Help our vibrant charity befit for the future– passionate about health & leisure you’ll lead our Marketing team to innovate and provide valued support. You’ll be strategically savvy, crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with our goal to ‘help people live well & for longer’ and make our brand active amongst local communities.

Encourage our fantastic team to work as one and improve health & wellbeing of our customers -as a "campaign commander” you’ll develop effective networks and partnerships across the business, to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion, measuring success and tweaking for ultimate impact. Alongside this you’ll manage the day-to-day business-as-usual for the team, including managing our website and other digital channels to provide a great user-experience, whilst also managing corporate and external communications, and supporting internal communications.

You’ll be free to do your best across all our interfaces – nurturing both traditional & digital marketing methods to underpin services and deliver on promises. A “storytelling genius” you’ll lead your team to develop compelling narratives and captivating content across all platforms, ensuring our message is heard loud and clear, alongside leading the design and production of engaging marketing and promotional materials.
