Marketing & Communications Manager
Location: Remote (UK-based), with occasional travel
Hours: Part-time (3–4 days per week)
Salary: £40,000 FTE (£24,000 for 3 days | £32,000 for 4 days)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and deliver marketing across our business. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can develop strategy, create engaging content and drive lead generation across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the marketing strategy.
* Create written, graphic and video content.
* Manage paid digital campaigns and social media.
* Develop and maintain our WordPress website.
* Manage our MemberPress subscription portal and CRM.
* Create landing pages, email campaigns and lead-generation activities.
* Monitor SEO, website analytics and campaign performance.
* Support product launches, events and business development.
About You
You'll have:
* Proven marketing and communications experience.
* Strong WordPress website development and management skills.
* Experience with MemberPress (or similar membership platform) and CRM systems.
* Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
* Excellent copywriting, content creation and video editing skills.
* Knowledge of SEO, email marketing and analytics.
* The ability to communicate complex services clearly and work independently.
Experience in technology, SaaS, cyber security or B2B marketing would be an advantage
