Overview of the role:
To lead in the company’s marketing, communication and graphic design function. Working in a matrix style organisation the successful candidate will ensure adherence to the group marketing and communication strategy in line with the Sureserve Group brand guidelines.
Assist all departments with design, communication, key photography/videography across a range of channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To lead on the graphic design of various business led communications e.g. tender submissions, proposals, internal & external marketing materials.
Liaise with senior management and the group marketing team to ensure employer brand awareness.
Develop a PSL of suppliers to provide marketing solutions.
Provide photography/videography support as business needs require.
Provide design solutions for corporate events.
Develop and maintain the company website and social media platforms.
Create ad campaigns for lead generation and client project requirements.
Create and maintain company landing / lead generation pages in-line with client contract requirements.
Produce monthly/ad hoc reports to senior management as required.
Support the development and growth of the SharePoint Intranet.
Sourcing of content (source images / copywriting / audio content).
Liaise with client marketing teams (if required) to ensure content is as required before submission and brand continuity is considered.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience:
2+ years brand, marketing, and communication experience.
Graphic design and experience of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop & InDesign.
Diploma / degree in Marketing or vast experience in implementing brand and marketing strategies.
CMS Website Experience (including the creation of bespoke landing pages)
HTML / CSS (desirable)
Driving licence.

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
40 hours per week Monday to Friday
