Marketing and Business Development Manager
Aerospace | International Law Firm
up to £70k
London (EC2N) | hybrid working
We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to support a high-profile global sector group. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior partners and business leaders to drive client development, profile-raising and revenue growth initiatives across an international practice.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver marketing and business development strategies aligned with wider firm objectives.
* Lead integrated campaigns, client development initiatives and cross-selling opportunities.
* Manage high-quality pitches, proposals, credentials and tender responses.
* Oversee legal directory submissions and profile-raising activity.
* Support thought leadership, events, conferences and client engagement programmes.
* Use market intelligence, CRM systems and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and measure ROI.
* Collaborate with partners, fee earners and business services teams across multiple international offices.
* Co-manage and support the development of a Marketing & Business Development Executive.
The successful candidate will have:
* Significant marketing and business development experience within a law firm.
* A strong track record of delivering strategic M&BD initiatives and client development programmes.
* Experience managing pitches, proposals and integrated marketing campaigns.
* Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong IT skills, including CRM platforms such as InterAction (or similar), PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
* A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
