Marketing Admin Executive
Our client is seeking a Marketing Admin Executive to join their marketing team based in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone with print knowledge and some experience working with agencies and handling job briefs.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations within the marketing studio, including print jobs, design jobs, and social media requests from homes and teams.
Handle general administrative duties using office systems such as Excel and Outlook.
Work closely with the company's design agency, briefing them on projects and ensuring successful execution of tasks.
Oversee print-related tasks, including obtaining print costs, scoping print jobs, and working with suppliers.
Support the team in creating and managing print and design projects, such as determining print specifications and selecting appropriate paper weight and quality.
Provide internal account handling and coordination for marketing projects.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on print knowledge and design.
Familiarity with office systems such as Excel and Outlook, as well as an ability to learn less common systems with provided training.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Enthusiasm for supporting a small marketing team and contributing to its success.
