You will be joining an ambitious Birmingham-based marketing agency to help expand their extensive services and be an active part in their goal to become one of the best marketing agencies in the UK. They are a creative team and provide plenty of scope for employees to grow and make a real impact. 

As Marketing Account Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

Managing a portfolio of clients through the entire customer journey.
Building a strong client relationship and serving as the lead point of contact both internally, working alongside the delivery team, and externally with your clients.
Developing a trusted business partner relationship with your clients and customer stakeholders through a solid understanding of their industry, trends, and unique business challenges
Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients
Developing comprehensive client strategies.
Maintaining and implementing a clear and detailed campaign plan and liaise with the delivery team to ensure clarity and deadlines are met.
Matching client’s budget to team output to ensure profitability and resources are maintained.
We’re looking for a Marketing Account Manager with the following: 

Extensive experience in a commercial marketing or account management environment; a marketing related degree would be an advantage but is not essential.
Previous experience of delivering as an Account Manager in an agency would be preferred.
Experience in managing integrated campaigns incorporating creative design and branding, content, digital, PR and social media.
Hands-on delivery experience and stakeholder management.
Exemplary communication and organisational skills; both written and verbally. 
Familiar with using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Flexible working will be required from a mixture of locations, home, office, and client locations.
In return you will receive a salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, which will be revisited after 12 months.
