Description:

We are currently looking for experienced Production Operators / Manufacturing Technicians to join a growing manufacturing operation in Surrey.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in food manufacturing, brewing, fermentation, beverage production, dairy, biotechnology or other process manufacturing environments who are looking to develop their skills within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Pharmaceutical experience is not required.

The Role

As a Production Operator / Manufacturing Technician, you will work as part of a busy manufacturing team, supporting day-to-day production and ensuring all processes are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Your duties will include:

Operating manufacturing and process equipment safely and effectively
Supporting fermentation, media preparation and other manufacturing processes
Preparing, assembling, operating and cleaning process equipment
Carrying out production and cleaning activities
Completing production documentation and records accurately
Following standard operating procedures and manufacturing instructions
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping
Following hygiene and contamination control procedures
Identifying and reporting quality, safety or operational issues
Supporting equipment troubleshooting and process investigations
Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets and schedules
Supporting continuous improvement and efficient ways of working

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience in food, beverage, brewing, fermentation, dairy, biotechnology or process manufacturing
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and process control
Strong health and safety awareness
Excellent attention to detail
Experience completing production records and following documented procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends
A reliable, hands-on and positive approach to work
