Manufacturing Systems Trainer - 39443 - £41.33/hr umbrella rate
Do you have Manufacturing Systems Trainer experience, and are you seeking a new contract role in Solihull? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Manufacturing Systems Trainer, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £41.33 per hour (INSIDE IR35).
As a Manufacturing Systems Trainer, you will identify the users in scope for training, understand what they require, create the material, plan and deliver. You will also get the organisation engaged and ready for the change, ensuring that the change is adopted and sustained.
Some of your primary responsibilities in this Manufacturing Systems Trainer role will include:
Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis TNA
Design, Create and Deliver role-based user training
Developing training content, including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
Evaluating the user's level of knowledge at appropriate levels
Conducting training impact assessments
We are looking for a Manufacturing Systems Trainer with an understanding and knowledge of business requirements and solution design methodologies. You will also require:
Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
Proven ability to remain positive and focused under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing, building, and maintaining relationships
