Manufacturing Systems Trainer - 39601 - £37.23/hr umbrella rate
Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and collaborative Manufacturing Systems Trainer to join our client's inclusive Business Systems Delivery team. This full-time Manufacturing Systems Trainer role is based at Solihull and Wolverhampton Plants and offers an Umbrella rate of £37.23 per hour (Inside IR35).
The Business Systems Delivery team is the crucial bridge between technical delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Manufacturing Digitalisation & Innovation programmes within the business. The team combines change management, business readiness, training, and testing expertise to deliver a high-quality end-user deployment experience.
During your first few weeks in this Trainer role, you can expect to take on some of the following:
Deliver role-based user training
Support our onsite training team with administration activities such as room planning, gathering equipment, and getting users ready
Conduct training impact assessments
Create stakeholder training and engagement plans, and support the communication of these to relevant end-users
Develop training content, including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
To apply for this Manufacturing Systems Trainer position, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
Trainer experience
Available to work on-site 5 days per week
Good at planning and coordinating multiple activities amongst a wide stakeholder group
Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
Proven ability to remain positive and focussed under pressure
