As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will help drive customer satisfaction, strengthen operational excellence, and turn challenges into measurable improvements. What You Will Do:

- Implement relevant procedures within the Business Management System (BMS) and ensure consistent compliance.

- Support internal process and product audits, helping to keep documentation current for external certification bodies.

- Lead customer complaint responses through containment actions, detailed analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and short- and long-term countermeasures.

- Conduct root cause analysis and drive sustainable fixes, improving yield and reducing waste in line with business targets.

- Report quality metrics weekly and monthly, including customer PPM and incident performance, while communicating status clearly across teams.

- Manage quality deliverables through engineering change support and assist with PPAP submissions to customer and company requirements.

What You Will Bring:

- A desirable technical qualification level of HNC or equivalent, with a strong interest in manufacturing quality and continuous improvement.

- Proven capability in problem solving, planning, and follow-through, with confidence to influence decisions from shop floor to senior stakeholders.

- Strong organisational skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and explain quality findings clearly.

- Commercial awareness and a team-focused approach to improvement activities, audits, and corrective actions.
