Description:
Manufacturing Process Engineer required. Our client is a well-established and growing metal processor supplying a wide range of markets, who are seeking an enthusiastic manufacturing process engineer to join their team.
Manufacturing Process Engineer Position Overview
Developing and managing process sheets for new product introduction processes
Carrying out design and validation for tooling
Evaluating processes and seeking opportunities for improvements
Assisting the commissioning of new machinery
Carrying out robot and PLC programming using Beckhoff, Delta and Siemens systems
Manufacturing Process Engineer Position Requirements
Proficient with 3D CAD software such as Inventor or Solidworks
Knowledge of metal processing such as CNC or manual milling or turning
Experience with PLC programming is desirable
Based in a commutable distance of Newbury
An understanding of additive manufacturing / 3D printing is desirable
Manufacturing Process Engineer Position Remuneration
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 14:00. 38 hour working week.
