Manufacturing Operatives – Temp to Perm
Location: Rochdale
Pay: £12.74 per hour
Start: September 2026
We are looking for Production and Assembly Operatives to join a manufacturing company in Rochdale.
This is a good opportunity for anyone with experience in production, assembly, warehouse or factory work who is looking for a long-term job.
Your duties
Assemble and bond products
Sand and finish products
Check products for quality
Prepare materials
Help keep production running
General factory and assembly work
What we need
Production, assembly, warehouse or factory experience is helpful
Good attention to detail
Reliable and hardworking
Able to work in a busy environment
Willing to work rotating shifts
What you get
£12.74 per hour
Overtime paid at Time + 1/3
Monday–Friday rotating shifts:
6am–2pm
2pm–10pm
Weekly pay
Full training provided
Free on-site parking
Temp-to-perm opportunity
September 2026 start
