Monday to Thursday | 8:30pm to 6:00am

We're recruiting Manufacturing Operators to join a busy and successful manufacturing site in Perth on an ongoing temporary basis, with permanent opportunities available for the right candidates. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, following health and safety procedures and helping to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude. Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. In return, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of £18.17, a consistent Monday to Thursday night shift (8:30pm to 6:00am), a four-day working week and the chance to develop your skills within a well-established manufacturing environment. What you'll be doing
As part of a busy manufacturing team, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be involved in operating machinery, maintaining quality standards and ensuring products are manufactured safely and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating production equipment and machinery
Monitoring quality standards and carrying out checks
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving production issues
Supporting machine changeovers and production set-ups
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
