Talented People are currently working with an extremely reputable manufacturing/Production firm to recruit a Production / Manufacturing Operative.

The Role:
* 7.30am to 4.30pm shift hours
* To ensure continuous improvement and staff development all manufacturing operatives are trained in all aspects of the various areas of the manufacturing of the product to include:
* Aluminium profile cutting, manufacturing and assembly.
* Aluminium Packing
* Glass packing
* Despatch
The successful applicant:
* Previous experience working in a manufacturing or product assembly environment.
* Forklift experience (not essential but would be ideal).
* Good communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to follow manufacturing schedules, measurements and technical drawings.
* Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
* Ability to commute to Lingfield.
* Good understanding of health & safety.
* Willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge.
* Hands -on.
* Reliable and trustworthy.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.
Salary £11.44 per hour
