Hours: Days / Afternoons or Nights

We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business.
This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, working as part of a team to help manufacture, assemble, pack and prepare products to the required quality and safety standards.
The Role
As a Manufacturing Operative, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the production area, ensuring products are made correctly, safely and efficiently.
Duties will include:
* Working on production lines or manufacturing stations
* Operating basic machinery and production equipment
* Assembling, packing, labelling or preparing products
* Checking products for quality and reporting any issues
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised
* Working to production targets and deadlines
* Supporting other areas of the factory when required
The Candidate
We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and willing to learn.
You will have:
* Previous experience in manufacturing, production or warehousing
* A good attitude and strong work ethic

* Ability to follow instructions and work safely
