Description:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and people-focused Manufacturing Manager to join my clients £50 million turnover manufacturing business. This is an exciting opportunity as the company is in the midst of a significant cultural transformation, having grown to a rapidly expanding company over recent years, they are keen on modernising its leadership approach and operational practices.
Shifting from a traditional, numbers-focused operation to a people-first approach. This is a departure from their old ways where production numbers were king. Now, the focus is on creating a supportive and safe work environment, with the belief that productivity will naturally follow.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong manufacturing management experience, who excels in people development. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to delegate, support, and inspire your team. You'll need to be a change agent, comfortable with driving cultural shifts and managing through periods of transition. Emotional intelligence and a commitment to fostering a positive, safety-first workplace culture are crucial.
This is a unique opportunity to join a successful business at a critical time and be a key player in their transformation. If you're passionate about leading people and improving workplace culture, and you’re excited about the challenge of helping achieve these goals through this transition, this could be the perfect role for you.
If this opportunity resonates with you, I’d be delighted to have a confidential and no-obligation discussion to provide more details.
