Manufacturing Lead - ERP

I am working with a FTSE Manufacturing company based in Nottinghamshire, who are looking to appoint a Manufacturing Consultant for a large-scale ERP and Business Transformation Programme. Specifically, my client needs the support and expertise of someone with extensive experience of Manufacturing and ERP, to join a 2 year programme and act as the representative for the Manufacturing Operation of the organisation on the programme.

I'm interested in speaking to people who have worked either as an ERP Consultant for several years specifically on the Manufacturing side of ERP implemenations, or alternatively someone who has worked in the operations of a manufacturing business and has been involved in numerous ERP Implementation programmes (this might include, Plant Manager, Factory Manager, General Manager etc.), but it is imperative that applicants have demonstrable experience of working on ERP Programme teams.

Applicants must have the following experience (as a minimum) to be considered for the shortlist:

Extensive experience working within the Manufacturing sector (5+ years)
Experience working on 3 or more ERP Projects, ideally cradle-to-grave implementations
Demonstrable experience building relationships with Senior level stakeholders and facing off to Chief Officer and Director level colleagues
Must be willing to travel on site to work with the on-site operations teams (likely 2 - 3 days per week) as per the project demands
Superlative comms skills, confident in own ability and able to challenge ideas if not fit for purpose

This is an initial 6 months contract and will be Outside IR35, the project will last for approximately 2 years and there is a likelihood that the consultants will need to stick on the programme during design, build, test, deployment and hypercare.
