Job title: Manufacturing Engineers

Location: Barrow-In-Furness

Salary: Negotiable, depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

Due to increasing demand, we have multiple openings for Manufacturing Engineers at different levels within our Manufacturing Build Planning Team
These roles will see you contributing to the delivery of the Dreadnought Submarine programme, carrying out detail planning work and reacting to issues that arise from build
You will be working along side a buddy, who will be on hand to assist you with any support / training you may need to ensure you are set up for success
The higher-level roles would see you attending regular meetings with key stakeholders so the activities within your remit are managed and carried out accordingly within the expected timescales
Developing and maintaining working relationships with interfacing teams and departmentsYour skills and experiences:

HNC or equivalent experience in Manufacturing Engineering
Ability to understand technical drawings and technical data
Possess good communication skillsBenefits:

The Manufacturing Build Planning Team:

Working on Dreadnought, you will be supporting an Engineering Masterclass. Contributing to the delivery of the Continuous at Sea Deterrent. Joining an expanding direct team of 9 members, this is part of a larger team of around 40. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Engineer & Management within team.

These are roles where you can leverage on the support within the team, expanding and building upon your experience / knowledge while also having the opportunity to get up close to the product if required.
