Do you have Manufacturing Engineer experience, and are you seeking a new job in Buckingham? Our client is looking for a full-time Process Engineer, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for continually reviewing and improving the process to deliver manufacturing techniques to high efficiency, delivery and quality standards.
In your first few weeks in this Manufacturing Engineer role, you can expect to:
Be responsible for continually reviewing and improving processes to deliver manufacturing techniques to high efficiency, delivery and quality standards
Process methods for continuous improvement for QCD
Manage process documentation, including PFMEA and Control Plans
Develop and support processes for new products
Cost down in method, tools and materials
Support quality engineering in defect investigation and deliver root cause resolution
To apply for this Manufacturing Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
A proven track record of manufacturing method improvements in assembly
Six Sigma background
Black belt preferable but not essential
Good communication skills and the ability to lead a team through improvement activities of the business.
