Description:
Responsibilities:
Develop and update Manufacturing Instructions.
Design, commission, and validate tooling.
Assist in industrial validation processes, utilising tools like FMEA's and FAI's.
Resolve technical issues encountered during manufacturing.
Implement route card changes for rework activities.
Manage Configuration Control by incorporating Design Modifications into Manufacturing Instructions.
Provide support for the Non-Conformance Process using SAP.
Requirements:
Completion of a formal technical Engineering/Craft Apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21.
Possession of a formal further education certificate equivalent to an HNC.
Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering discipline.
Ability to interpret Design Drawings to create Manufacturing Build Instructions for Skilled and Semi-Skilled operators.
Experience in Electronic Sub Assembly manufacturing up to System level builds.
Familiarity with assembly processes for small/miniature Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems.
Strong teamwork skills.
Ability to understand and meet customer requirements.
Proficiency in Company Processes and Procedures.
Excellent communication skills at various organisational levels.
Training in manual handling and ESD.
Skill-set/Experience:
Apprenticeship completion is mandatory
