Acorn by Synergie is proud to be recruiting on behalf of Rittal CSM, a market-leading manufacturer based at Broadley Park Industrial Park, Roborough, Plymouth.

Key Duties:
Assemble and pack products ready for dispatch.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Move materials around the factory.
Load sheets of metal onto a paint line up to 20kg.
Follow production schedules and meet targets.
Work in line with health and safety procedures.
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
Strong eye for detail.
Manual or manufacturing work experience.
Good practical skills.
Ability to follow instructions and processes accurately.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good communication skills and understanding of English.
Commitment to health and safety.

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates
First Shift
Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm.
£12.90 per hour.
Second Shift
Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11pm.
£16.13 per hour.
Night Shift
Sunday to Thursday, 11pm - 7am.
£17.20 per hour.
