Description:
My client based in Consett is looking for an experienced Manual Turner to join an expanding team on a permanent basis.
Package -
* Salary is £29,013 rising to £36,267 after probation period
* Must be flexible to work both day and back shifts
* 37 hours per week
* Overtime available
Shift Pattern -
Day Shift
* Monday to Thursday
06:00 - 14:00
* Friday
06:00 - 13:30
Back Shift
* Monday to Wednesday
13:45 - 23:45
* Thursday
13:45 - 22:45
Requirements -
* To ensure safety and quality procedures are adhered to and assist in the improvement of processes.
* Timely production of parts to pre-determined deadlines.
* Produce work to the highest quality standard to achieve customer satisfaction.
* Work within British Standards as per company procedures.
* Support internal teams to get to the root cause of specific issues.
* To take part in specialist or multi-disciplinary team activities.
* To behave in a professional manner at all times when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
