Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site temp-to-perm opportunity based in Fife for an experienced
Machinist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of
machining tools, carrying out precision manufacturing tasks, interpreting technical drawings,
and ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards. The role will involve close
collaboration with the wider production team to meet deadlines and support continuous
improvement across manufacturing processes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proficiency in operating manual machining tools
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy
* Good understanding of health & safety procedures within a manufacturing
environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
* Previous experience within a machine shop or manufacturing environment is essential
* Vocational training or certification in machining or a related discipline is preferred
