Managing Residential Surveyor - £75k + Bonus
We’re working with one of the largest Property Groups in Europe who are in the process of rationalising recent, strategic UK acquisitions.
One such purchase, a reputable, long established Residential Surveying firm covering the south coast, now requires a competent Managing Residential Surveyor as follows:
* MRICS/FRICS with VRS
* A track record in the Residential Sector undertaking the full range of panel and private reports (L1, L2 and L3’s)
* Solid understanding of RICS and Lender reporting requirements, as well as the tablet technology used and software / comparable tools.
* Managing the office, staff, workload and overall running of the business, adopting a fee earning role on occasion if required
* Review current panel and private client workloads against staffing levels and output, seeking improvements and additional revenue streams where possible
* Setting and managing Residential Surveyor targets, both in terms of workload composition and volume
* Acting at client level, attending meetings with lenders, panel managers, institutions and any other sources of work
* Performing a compliance & audit function ensuring reporting standards and turnaround times are met.
* Recruit, mentor and develop staff in line with regulatory and business needs.
Suitably experienced Residential Surveyors (keen to step up to Managing Residential Surveyor responsibility) are actively encouraged to apply, as are existing Managing Residential Surveyors keen to apply their skillset in an independent (but corporate owned and backed) setting.
Remuneration for the successful Managing Residential Surveyor will comprise a £70k basic, £5k car allowance, performance/profit related bonus and a range of benefits including private healthcare, pension, professional fees paid and generous annual leave entitlement.
