About the role of Quantity Surveyor

This is an opportunity to join a leading regional Main contractor who have gone from strength to strength over the past 4 years and have secured further work across the region. You will be working as part of a successful commercial team responsible for tenders and pcsas, overall commercial on site and a small team in sectors including Education, life sciences, heritage and leisure

Requirements for Managing Quantity Surveyor:

The company are looking for a candidate who has strong negotiation and communication skills, is organised and has high attention to detail. You will come from a Main contractor background, and be competent in managing multiple projects and a team with high organisational abilities. You will ideally also have the following

Experience with JCT Traditional contract
Overseeing multiple projects
led successful tenders
worked within a similar business or overseen multiple key projects at a time
ability to manage a team and their career goalsThe company:
