Description:
Management Accountant - responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and support to senior management. This role involves preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as monitoring and analysing financial performance to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis
* Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
* Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements
* Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to track financial performance.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
* Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on management accounting.
* Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
* Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software systems.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
