Management Accountant – Swinton – Hybrid - £43,000 to £45,000 + Benefits

We are looking to recruit to the role of Management Accountant looking after direct costs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyse direct costs by scheme for inclusion in Service Charge Accounts.
Complete regular bank and treasury reconciliations and support effective cash management.
Work with the Customer Team to reconcile void recharges and analyse performance against budget.
Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentary.
Support budgeting, forecasting and detailed cash flow reporting.
Liaise with budget holders and other departments to resolve queries and provide financial insight.
Assist with statutory accounts, year-end audit and rent ledger reconciliations.
Investigate banking discrepancies and unidentified transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records, processes and reporting.
Support the wider Finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
