Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in the finance department.  Your strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records will be essential in this role.

What will the Management Accountant role involve?

Prepare, analyse, and report on financial data to provide insights that drive business decisions.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads and senior management to develop accurate financial plans.
Conduct variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and work with stakeholders to address any discrepancies.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and drive financial performance.
Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
Prepare regular financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring that they have the information needed for strategic decision-making.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or be nearing the completion of your qualification.
A deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Exceptional communication skills to challenge stakeholders and present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
