What You Can Look Forward To as Management Accountant

As a key member of the finance function, you'll play a critical role in delivering accurate financial insight and supporting strategic decision‑making across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the monthly preparation and reporting of financial performance, including analysis, interpretation and clear commentary against budget and forecast.
Completing balance sheet reconciliations and conducting balance sheet reviews with the finance team
Supporting the monthly forecast process and contributing to the creation of the annual budget
Working closely with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues
Providing departments with clear, insightful financial data to support informed business decisions, including interpretation and explanation where required
Supporting both internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughoutYour Profile as Management Accountant

We're looking for a confident, detail‑focused finance professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a collaborative environment:

Part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Experience within a busy finance function
Up‑to‑date IFRS knowledge
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
SAP ERP experience preferred
Strong analytical capability with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non‑finance stakeholdersWhy Apply?
