Thera Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our team based in Grantham. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £36,563.64 per annum.

Thera Trust is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team.

About the Management Accountant  role:

Be accountable to the Senior Management Accountant for delivery of the draft management accounts on a monthly basis.

Deliver a comprehensive budgetary, management, finance and business support service to relevant subsidiaries within the Thera Group.

In line with Thera’s strategic direction, work with Directors and Senior Managers to plan for, stimulate, create and deliver on new developments within the relevant subsidiaries

Monitor and advise Directors and Senior Managers on the financial performance of the relevant subsidiaries.

To work alongside subsidiary management teams in any review or investigation into financial management of the subsidiary.

We are looking for a Management Accountant  to join the team with the following skills and experience:

Must be a qualified Accountant with AAT or part qualified / working towards CIMA or ACCA

Be confident working under pressure

Experienced working collaboratively with senior stakeholders and operational staff

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Be able to interpret complex written and numerical information and summarize in a way that is easily accessible

Experienced working with statutory accounts, external audits and group reporting
