Description:
We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our client on a fixed term basis for 6 months.
Salary £45,000-£55,000 per annum
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts, along with assisting with forecasting and reporting. This role is crucial in providing detailed financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving the company's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
Preparation and production of the monthly Management Accounts
Variance analysis
Forecasting and budgeting
Overseeing the transactional team
Balance sheet reconciliations
Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
Mentor and support junior members of the finance team. We are looking to speak to candidates who are ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified or fully qualified, with previous experience working as either a Management Accountant or Finance Manager with excellent communication skills.
