6 Month Contract
Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are supporting our client, a successful manufacturing company based in the Fife area, we are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their established finance team for a 6 month period.
Responsibilities include
Assist with the month-end close and management accounts preparation.
Assist in ensuring all balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled.
Assist with weekly cash flow.
Posting Payroll.
Ensure stock valuations are correct in the ERP system.
Assist with the yearend close and working papers.
Assist with the preparation of monthly forecasts, quarterly and annual budgets.
Provide ad hoc requests from finance stakeholders.
Monthly VAT returns.
Assist in Capex projects.
Assist in implementing, managing, and monitoring company KPIs.
Provide commercial finance support to engineering projects team.
Experience Required
Qualified ACCA, CIMA, Part Qualified or QBE will be considered.
Previous management accounting experience.
Experience of working in a manufacturing, engineering, supply chain sector.
Strong communication skills, able to present to non-financial staff and Stakeholders and build strong internal relationships.
Exceptional data analysis and reporting skills.
Advanced MS Excel and ideally ERP system experience
