Sellick Partnership have been engaged to recruit a Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing business based in Norwich. My client requires a pro-active, enthusiastic team player who can bring their previous Management Accounting experience and enhance the dynamic and growing finance function in this market leading organisation.

As the Management Accountant you will be working closely Group Financial Director to produce Management Accountants in a timely and accurate manager. This Management Accountant position would suit a self-motivated individual who is able to work largely unsupervised and define their own work schedule and priorities and enjoy being part of the exciting growth journey.

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant

Producing monthly Management/Financial Accounts in a timely and accurate manner
Provide timely and accurate information/reports to enable the senior management team and departments to make informed strategic and operational decisions
Assisting with budgets and forecasts to meet specific business targets
Analysing and presenting key KPI figures to senior management
Liaising with various departments and partnering across the business to support with budget management and financial planning
Reviewing and implementing improved financial control procedures, systems and processes within each accounts department
Other Ad-hoc projects as requiredRequired skills of the Management Accountant

Part-Qualified, Qualified or Qualified by experience (preferably CIMA or ACCA)
The ability to partner and communicate effectively between finance and wider business to interpret and explain financial data and concepts
A strong understanding of Management Accounting
Skilled in interpreting financial data and able analyse date using Excel
The ability to drive change across the business and spot areas to reduce costsBenefits of the role include
