Management Accountant
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (whilst this is a Full time role Part time for the right candidate can also be considered).

We are now seeking a Qualified Management Accountant / Financial Controller to join our driven and friendly team!
You will be based in our beautiful offices in Poole with the opportunity to work hybrid.
Reporting into the Finance Director, this position will engage with all facets of the business offering plenty of opportunity for development and progression.
Role duties will include:
* Sales & purchase ledger processing
* Credit Control
* Bank reconciliations
* Operation of Invoice Discounting Facility
* Production of weekly / monthly / ad-hoc reports
* Production of monthly management accounts
* Forecasting: P&L & Cashflow
* Providing holiday & sickness cover for the Payroll Supervisor (Temp payroll)
* Liaising with external payroll company (Perm staff)
* Deputising for FD
You will bring with you:
* Qualified AAT/ACCA, with ideally 3-4 years Management Accounting/Junior Financial Controller experience
* Knowledge of Xero and payroll would be an advantage, but not essential
* Advanced Excel user
* Highly analytical
* Strong communicator
