This is a 6-month contract supporting the Finance manager and team for the peak of the year.

Your Mission:

You will support all business areas and manage the payroll function, including overseeing the outsourced payroll bureau.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will assist with analysis and reporting requirements as needed.
Engage in problem-solving and analysis across various departments, collaborating closely with department heads.
Other duties as required by the business.

Requirements

Knowledge of XERO is ESSENTIAL
Education level: The role will suit AAT qualified or finalist, or CIMA/ACCA part qualified. Must have a qualification or be working towards completion of one.
Experience: Experience of accounting in the tourism and leisure industries preferable
Specific skills: Numeracy skills required. Must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure. Problem solving skills and a hands-on approach preferable.
Personal characteristics: The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines will be an advantage. A pleasant demeanour and positive mental attitude desirable.

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
