Management Accountant – £50,000–£55,000 + Benefits – Nottingham (Hybrid)
Are you a finance professional looking to step into a role where your insights will shape business decisions and drive performance? We’re supporting a dynamic and growing organisation in Nottingham, currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their collaborative finance team.
This is a newly created position, offering the chance to take ownership of key financial processes and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. It’s an exciting time to join, with ongoing investment in systems, people, and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Producing timely and accurate monthly financial reports
Analysing performance trends and providing actionable insights
Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
Partnering with operational teams to enhance financial understanding
Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements
Assisting with year-end reporting and audit preparationWhat You’ll Bring:
Part-qualified or qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
Solid grounding in management accounting and financial analysis
Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems
A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach
