Are you a talented Management Accountant looking for an exciting opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Our client, a leading organisation in Newbury, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Management Accountant. You will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate management information to support informed decision-making. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will involve a range of responsibilities including completing monthly management accounts, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring project compliance. What we're looking for:
CIMA or ACCA fully qualified or finalist.
Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Maths, or equivalent experience.
Experience and understanding of manufacturing environments is ideal, but not essential.
Excellent business partnering and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong systems capability, particularly with Excel.
Outstanding attention to detail and strong administration skills.
