We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join the team of a well established organisation in their Coventry office. This role is offering a hybrid position, temporary contract and friendly environment.

As a Maintenance Administrator, your main duties will be:
To provide administration support including telephone call handling, documentation preparation, collating information and data entry
To deal with queries effectively via multiple channels
To raise purchase orders and check invoices
To contact customers to arrange appointments for cyclical checks and inspections
To schedule out oepratives to attend work orders
As a maintenance administrator, you will have experience in:
Scheduling out enginners to attend work orders
Raising po's and checking invoices
Roles such as Repairs planner,gas planner, gas coordinator, repairs scheduler, works administrator
