Maintenance Technician
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well - established and reputable Electrical and Mechanical Facilities Management company based in the North of England.
They are currently recruiting Maintenance Technicians to work across the Leeds area, with the requirement to travel across the wider Yorkshire area on occasions too.
The successful candidate will provide Planned and Reactive Electrical Maintenance across multiple sites & sectors Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance primarily for one of their Social Housing Client’s.
Duties of the Maintenance Technician include:
* Reactive Repairs and Installation works across various asset types such as but not limited to: -
* Lighting systems
* Electrical Distribution Boards & Associated Circuits
* Fire & Intruder Alarm systems.
* Pumps, Motors, and associated Control systems
* Building Management Systems
* PAT Testing
* HVAC systems
* EV systems
• Fault finding and repairs on electrical equipment & systems.
• Conduct alterations, installations and electrical testing in accordance with specification and legislation.
• Responding promptly and positively to reactive call requests from our Helpdesk Team.
• Compilation of quotes for installation & repairs works; specifically outlining the quantities of materials and labour times required.
• Monitor and update the CAFM system.
Experience required:
* 18th Edition.
* NVQ Level 3.
* AM2.
* City & Guilds 2391 (essential).
* Inspection & Testing experience (essential).
