Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician in Bridgend, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment crucial to manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-respected company and work with cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
Diagnose and rectify machinery faults to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve machinery efficiency.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
Relevant engineering qualifications.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Effective communication skills and a team player.
Willingness to work a 3-shift pattern.Benefits:
