Are you a skilled Electrical Engineer looking for your next challenge in a high-performance environment? At CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, we're seeking talented engineers to support and maintain critical infrastructure within a prestigious London site. Every day you'll play a vital role in ensuring operational resilience, reliability, and uptime for complex electrical systems.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns within agreed SLA timeframes
✅ Maintaining and repairing critical electrical infrastructure including UPS, power distribution and cooling systems
✅ Diagnosing power quality issues and carrying out electrical testing and inspections
✅ Supporting upgrade projects, installations and planned maintenance activities
✅ Producing risk assessments, method statements and technical documentation
✅ Investigating incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
✅ Working closely with Facilities Management and Technical Services teams to ensure site reliability and compliance
What We're Looking For
✔ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
✔ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
✔ City & Guilds 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing
✔ Previous experience in building services or commercial building maintenance
✔ Experience working within a critical environment, data centre or high-dependency facility is highly desirable
✔ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
