We are recruiting on behalf of a well established Business Park who are looking to appoint an experienced Maintenance Team Member to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and opperational efficiency. We are looking for 2 decated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their team and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of their facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and facilities to ensure optimal functioning.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
* Handle minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
* Infrastructure i.e. drains, civils and other general repairs and maintenance.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management.
* Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any significant issues to the maintenance manager.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools.
* Assist with landscaping, emptying of bins and collections of litter.
* Collaborate with external contractors for specialised repairs or installations.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification is a plus.
* Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of joinery, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
* Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver’s license.
